Category pages became articles with FAQs
Each category page now ends with a short guide to the pitfalls the tools share, how to pick between them, and a FAQ. Written separately for the English edition, not translated.
Tool pages show their last update and name the author
Every tool page prints the date it last changed, the same date the sitemap reports. The about page names the person behind the site and links to GitHub.
Five developer tools in English
JSON formatter, Base64, UUID, JWT decoder and URL encoder are now available in English. The URL encoder gained an encodeURIComponent mode and the JSON formatter gained tab indentation.
Header fixes for tablets, language and theme switches
The category nav no longer squashes on portrait tablets. The language switch shows the full language name with an icon, and the theme button now toggles light and dark in one tap.
Category, contact and disclaimer pages in English
The English edition now has the same structure as the Chinese one: category pages for every category with English tools, full about, privacy, contact and disclaimer pages, and a popular-tools block on the home page.
Lighter pages
Header, footer, breadcrumb and related-tool links now load on click instead of prefetching every category page in the background. Nothing changes on screen; each visit makes far fewer requests.
The English edition launches
ToolMaple is now available in English at /en. Day one brought eight symbol and text tools, then word counter, password generator, QR code, age and time zone, plus five health calculators (BMI, BMR, TDEE, body fat, due date). Tools that only make sense in Taiwan stay Chinese-only.
Newest emoji get their own category
The emoji page groups the newest Unicode emoji in a category of their own, so what appeared after your last phone update is easy to find.
Kaomoji dividers
A new batch of dividers built from kaomoji, plus a plain explanation of what a divider is and where it can break.
ToolMaple goes live
The site started as a MapleStory BGM player and grew into a set of small browser tools. The English edition came later, in September 2026.
Updates
Every change that reaches the site gets a dated entry here, so you can check how recently a page was worked on. Only visible changes: new tools, features, fixes and layout. Internal refactors are not listed.
